We come up with basic floor plan, Elevation and 3D as per your requirement mentioned.
At this stage, we shall be finalize area programming, choice of materials, Elevation design.
We shall run Energy Simulations at this stage to understand Energy efficiency of proposed Design.
Recommending changes that can improve Energy efficiency impacting Life Cycle cost of Building and Maintenance cost.
We would require 3 working days to update any changes recommended by Client.
Client Approval.

Final Floor Plan, Elevation and 3D for Client's approval after incorporating all the changes recommended by Client.

Final design proposal to be sent to respective Engineers for Plumbing, Electrical and Structural Design.
Creating a BIM (Building Information Modelling) model after receiving drawings from all the Engineers.
Creating a Clash Detection report to beforehand know the errors that might occur during construction saving us cost.
Updating the drawings.

Creating cost estimates and Bill of Quantities based on Good for Construction Drawings.
Creating Tendering document.
Assisting Client in appointment of Contractor.

Regular site visits by our Architect / Civil Engineer as per requirement.
Time to time quality inspection at Site.
Handing over all the drawings: Electrical, Services, Plumbing, Structural and Architectural.
Completion Certificate.

All legal fees and expenses for Building permit, Plinth CC and Completion certificate are to be paid by the Client as per actuals to the concerned authority directly. We offer Approval services but they are not part of above services. Client is free to take responsibility of approvals on their own; we will assist you in preparing and submitting the file.
We at greenQi make all our Designs Environment friendly and cost effective. We recommend Clients to add Green Building certification at Design stage so as to maximize Energy optimization and substantially reduce running cost of Building.
